if you put hydrogen into a thin skinned container, and release the container into an oxygen rich atmosphere, it will float. if you put a burning match to that hydrogen, it will burst into intense flames.
if you mix one part hydrogen with two parts oxygen inside a thin membrane, you might have a water balloon. if you disperse its contents in the atmosphere, it will probably fall to the ground as rain. you can drink it. it is impossible to light on fire.
